In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods please contact us via email
& we may at our discretion arrange replacement of the item if we receive the original item within
ten days of purchase & it has been cleared by a quality review and deemed faulty.
Items in original condition may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to ten days after receiving your order.
Items not received within this period will not be accepted & only one exchange/return is permitted per item.

As S T O R Y is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommended you return your unwanted goods using registered mail.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, S T O R Y will gladly pay the packaging & postage costs for a replacement.
All change of mind returns must be shipped and handled at the customer’s own cost.
Customer’s own return postage costs for non-faulty goods are not refundable.
We are sorry to let you know that earrings cannot be returned for health & safety reasons.
